Refund policy

30 day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund. Try it, use it, sleep in it. If it is not for you, send it back.

How to start a return

Email support@eyecocoon.com with your order number and one line about why it did not work out. We will reply within 24 hours on business days with a return address and instructions.

Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.

Condition

We accept returns in any condition, used included. We only ask that you send back the mask itself along with the charging cable. Keep the box if you can, though a missing box will not stop your refund.

Return shipping

If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping in full. If you are returning it simply because you changed your mind, return postage is yours to cover.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it and process the refund within 3 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement straight away at no cost, and you will not need to return the damaged unit.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship, which is usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop it if we can.

Exchanges

The quickest route is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. That way you are not waiting on two shipments in sequence.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Our 30 day policy above is longer and applies in addition to that right.
